Do you want to help shape the future of HR with modern AI? In this senior consulting assignment, you will play a key role in creating smarter, faster, and more human HR experiences through intelligent and autonomous systems 🤖✨

You will work strategically and practically with architecture for AI solutions within HR, where human insight is combined with generative and agent-based AI. The role involves both technical leadership and coaching of teams, with significant responsibility for quality, scalability, and responsible use of AI.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead architecture design for AI components within HR processes such as recruitment, employee services, and workforce planning

  • Design and enable solutions based on Generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, and information extraction

  • Define reference architectures and non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability, observability, and cost control

  • Ensure robust solutions with error handling, retries, and graceful degradation

  • Enable efficient operations in hybrid environments

  • Coach product teams, developers, and analysts in AI design, experimentation, and quality work 🤝

  • Develop starter kits, templates, and so-called golden paths for faster delivery 🚀

  • Implement pragmatic and operationally relevant AI governance in line with established frameworks

  • Collaborate closely with security, data, and compliance for safe and explainable AI solutions

Your profile – requirements

  • Senior Solution Architect with experience in enterprise architecture in production environments

  • Deep practical experience with GenAI and agent-based systems in production

  • Experience with Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI or equivalent

  • Good knowledge of agent frameworks and orchestration, such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Swarm, or similar

  • Experience with advanced RAG design including chunking strategies, embedding lifecycle, relevance tuning, and access controls

  • Ability to design for token efficiency, low latency, caching, batching, and observability

  • Familiarity with defining evaluation criteria, test cases, and mechanisms for hallucination/error detection, human-in-the-loop, and fallback/kill-switch

  • Knowledge of AI governance and risk controls according to, for example, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act

  • Strong communication skills and experience in coaching and gathering cross-functional teams

  • Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with integration between HR systems (HCM, case management) and AI services

  • Understanding of recruitment marketing and its connection to Employee Value Proposition
